This can't hapen if phone hardware is ok.
In some cases phone can stuck on logo, reboot on logo so on.
But it will power on.
This setting was tested in huge quantity of phones by users, by us and you are first who report such problem.
So posible problem is with your phone.
Try to check if phone have charged battery, this also can cause issue.
