So I contacted a hungry for money indian on the youtube and now I give the whole procedure for free.

These SPD phones are such rubbish phones so that they can be dead just when the wind b l o ws. But if it happens to you below are the steps to fix it and the file download links.

1.
So download these 2 files and try to write them by EFT deselecting the userdata.img and super.img files from the PAC file first (reason being just for faster finish). But you can use Cheetah as with cheetah it should work 100% and that's how it was fixed in my case. If for some reasons phone doesn't go into Fastboot after this procedure then write full PAC file but it takes longer time, or try Formatting partitions first and then writing like above.

2.
After the PAC file write is done, you extract the fastboot image files and put the phone into fastboot with Vol Down and power buttons and then write fastboot files with the flash_all.bat batch file.

After this the phone should be powered up but IMEIS and other calibration data are gone already. You may try to fix them but it is hard already.
