I have an z520 and i wrote the softwere and now the phone is dead!

I wrote ARM from file Z520i_CXC1250143_EU1_R3C035_Brown36

Raw FS from file Z520i_CXC1250151_R3C035_EMEA4_Brown36

Write to security zone , cusromize fs, Repair EROM

When i try to wrote GSFS from file ...gave me an error..

Need help!
