i've tried with 28may new flash files and nothing!! it stops

error flashing at address: 0x440022.....
seems like it starts, but hangs at these address..
the progress bar not runs (just stays at 0%)

main battery is OK
and the VPP battery is running fine, its OK (its a motorola battery, 100% tested flashing various models like w810, w700, w600, etc..)

HELP MEEEEEEEE!! (at worst cases i've to pay the phone!!)
pleeeasee!!
