But problem is not in locks - phone shows FFFF and EEEEEEE locks after corrupting security area in eeprom. You can unlock it (for example by partial flashing), but phone will not find network. And my researching of this question (how recalculate eeprom) make me pessimistic.
I think, the easyest way - resolder flash, eeprom, cobba and may be cpu from other phone (which has damages in other components).
