Cobba is audio chip but somehow is connected with flash and eeprom checksums(I think that is inside ram data with some kind of checksum)
Try this thing.
If you have 5110-5.29 with ee ff in locks,
flash it with another working same version flash from 20000 to 30000.Its a full flash,
you will see its be the same.
Then put eeprom dump from working phone it will be same again.
If you partial flash 5.29 to unlock ityou will get all open locks but when you put sim card it will not be accepted.
So cobba is the key of everything.
