hi there,

it seems for some odd reason my phone has decided that it does not want to make anymore outgoing calls for me...i've got credit on the phone, service provider hasn't barred me from anything and everything looks perfectly fine. the phone was updated to the new firmware 5.04 or what ever it is, and ever since i've had more problems than before.

Is there any way to flash back to the original firmware that came with it which was v4.x?

oh and is there a way to fix this no calling thing? also when ever i want to make a call, there appears to be a little lock icon which is on top of the green calling icon to indicate that its calling the person...what is that lock?

also the phone just dials the number and then disconnects immediately. how do i fix that? i dont think anything has gone wrong with it phyiscally.. its not damaged either.
