2 minutes become 24h hours and still no activation for my box

I got a furious Gold from www.ipmart.com then try to enter and support site with activation code scan picture and send message to ipmart support send me again the same activation code i copy and paste no way always : Your account is already activ or activation code is invalide!

how can i get the latest FSG.exe to upgrade my firmware box then go to support
