I thought i might as well enter into this converstaion. I have had credits deducted manually as well. Well one phone (voda bb5...45 credits) as i asked for that imei about a month before, codes were not availbale, so returned the phone to customer, after a month, codes became available and i got charged!!!...
I have called sunny and told him of situation, but till now no refund has been given.
I also have 2 codes in process, since the 18th, and 19th of April, and have also returned those phones to customers as bb5 codes were stopped in between, but my account still hasnt been updated.
Normally i have never had problems with Sunny, as since service has been good, but i guess this time iut hasnt. I would prefer it if he updates my account.
