Is your 5200 v5.00? Downgrade to v4.71 worked for me with SEC....ATD chip. I also found that using the dual-ground as mentioned in other threads works well.
Anyway, successfully unlocked around 30-35, none dead, couldn't unlock one 6280 with Spansion chip but I think this was because of damaged pins on IC.
