Hello I need your HELP!!

I'm new to this GPS stuff. I currently own a HTC S300+ (known also by HTC P3600) running on WIN CE 5 with Tomtom 6.03 and IGO 2006.
The 2 GPS softs were working perfectly since I decided to ìnstall some new skins which destroied all the data of IGO that I had on my SDCard.
I tried to find maps on the web, i found "France_2007.07_070730.fbl" and "MRE_2007.07_070730.fbl"
but i have this message "Your files are outdated map"
can you help me by giving me links where i could find the last IGO version and the last french and western europ versions.
I bought my HTC 2 weeks ago, and it s my first experience withe pocketpc. So, it would be nice to explain me step-by-step how to install IGO and the maps on my SDcard
