Ok bro B4 u need to active ur P-Key for BB5 unlocking and need adaptor thats JAF Plus...and thats all so for BB5 unlocking with JAF u need:
-JAF Box
-JAF Plus BB5 Adpator
-P-Key actived for BB5 Unlock
About TP pictures if u download the User manual from BB5Box u will have all TP pictures....these are the same on JAF,MT-Box,BB5Box and DK Box so if u need other advice just post and i'll try to solve ur problem or question.

About the procedure these are the steps:
-Turn on fone and check if SW version is supported for unlock if it isn't the flash it with a supported version
-Disassembly the phone
-Conect VBat(red),BSi(yellow),GND(black) like in TP picture
-Open software and press CHECK
-Then make PM308 Back up
-Then press unlock
-Software will alsk u for conect TP make them like u see in pics
-After this u will be able to use ur phone in any operator
