| can anyone tell me why setools takes so long to unlock phone via server. ive been waiting for unlock on a k850i for 2 days now and still no reply.

am I doing something wrong or is it like this for everyone with setools3. you pay for genuie box and then you pay for logs but the service you get takes ages, is there a reason for this. maybe setools can answer. I have so many customers asking why it takes so long and I have no answer.
any help would be much appriciated.
