Still can't repair tihs phone...

After each software reset MSID of phone becomes different.
In official service people try to change Cobba but without success.

Any idea?

P.S. ALL SOFTWARE solution can't help me.
All software tests is OK (I use old soft PCLocals for it, WinTesla don't work on my notebook :-(( )
