i have a problem with my HWK that "uthentication stage error: Server reported error:No more upgrade logs."
i lost my hard disk data i don't have flash files....
i am not able to log in SUPPORT SITE, this button is inactive in hwk upgrade client.. reseller is not reponding ..
dctx_bb5 says -- hwk is not authorised ..
hwk server is not ready to upgrade my hwk ..
NOW what if my reseller is not RESPONDING ME ? ? SARASTEAM WON'T HELP ME ? ? bcz odea the ultimate replied me in above thread that -- "No one except your reseller, can enable you one more log."
so now my reseller is NOT responding me then my ORIGINAL HWK will be WASTE ? .. then what does means of
S U P P O R T ? ? .. if SARAS TEAM can not help me then what is difference between ORIGINAL and CLONE box ? why anyone will purchase ORIGINAL BOX ? ?
