It's right: oscilloscope can be used to measure 32.678 KHz(it can measure the frequency level);it can do a lot of things in gsm but you must know to work with such a good tool.I'm using oscilloscope since 2002 and I prefer all tools to be analogical not digital.For me are the best.By the way,I know peoples that works in gsm service but doesn't know the difference beetwen a diodde and a varistor,termistor,fuse...and others;that persons they'll gone say:A oscilloscope it's not good for gsm.My vote is for using a oscilloscope and every gsm service must have a such tool;
