Check all Test-Point Cables.
Confirm with Reseller if Pkey is associat and activat in V-spec.
Many times Resellers forget this.
If your Box is new i belive is problem of Serial Pkey with V-SPEC.
Check this with your Reseller and V-SPEC team.
