freind, if u read carfully u'll see that we already answered these questions:
in ur situation what u have to do :
if u still have phone in hand just try again to unlock it and check if received code is not same with the first one...
if u still have problems u have two choice,
1- if u can keep phone with u and try later it's ok
2- if customer get his phone, just pm us with phone model + imei + wrong code received + ur access details and we will refund u ur logs
