1) in general, there is no need to flash the phone to be unlocked.
2) the error seems to be a backup problem, we need to investigate it

I have already answered your question - you have not choosed the correct options. If you choose them, you can either get your phone unlocked or get an error meaning the phone cannot be unlocked because of new chipset revision
