My conclusion to pin suspend ...
1. IMEI and PIN has serious Checksum behind
2. New CLean IMEI will be regsitered to RIM as soon as your SIMCARD activated LARGE CAPITAL EDGE/GRPS thru Housting Route Table, thus 2nd cloned IMEI can't be entered to RIM Server
3. Pin SUSPENDED is reported by either CUSTOMER LOST BB/ PROVIDER LOST SHIPPMENT/FRAUD and or DUPLICATE PIN found by RIM SERVER
4. LARGE GPRS/EDGE is not always means that your BB is able to be registered to RIM system, error may occurs as : INCORRECT PIN or PIN has been registered or PIN SUSPENDED will always have LARGE GPRS/EDGE.
5. CLONED BB will have low edge/gprs
6. YES ! PIN SUSPENDED can be remove by RADIOLAB but you must have PIN generator.
That's all i can say right now ...
