Yes, the 9530 can be debranded by finding someone skilled in surface mount soldering and have them remove the flash memory and put it in a reader and create a dump file from it. I'll be happy to review the dump file for you to point out where the VSM file is and then you can choose the VSM file you wish to load and replace the one currently in the dump file. Finally you will have the modified dump file loaded onto the flash memory and have the flash memory soldered back in to the BlackBerry.
I am not aware of any other means of "debranding" the 9530 at this time.
