| There are sometimes some stupid W350 that will hardly connect to software, but you should try and try and the only way to try is:
1. Connect cable to phone without battery inside,
2. While holding down Key 2 on phone insert battery.
Otherwise check the phone contacts because Sonyericssons get dirty at the bottom connector. I clean almost every SE that I receive because everyone of them has connect problems, but I just clean them with alcool and cotton buds.
