Errors related to Genie BB5 logger

Error 5 = server offline or bad internet connection
Error 6 = bad password/user or no enough of logs
Error 10= bad cable
Error 12= bad cable
Error 14= Boot Delay (higher up to 10000)
Error 15= model or firmware not supported
Error 31= update ur Genie with Genie client
Error 36= phone or HASH not supported

i hope this thread will help all users who have problem with Genie BB5 logger

i will update this thread with other Errors and thier salution in future
