Apple just pushed out the iPhone OS 3.1.3 software update, featuring various minor bug fixes and improvements, including improved accuracy of reported battery level on iPhone 3GS and resolved issues with third-party apps not launching. None of what the release discusses sounds too exciting, but here's betting that iPad is in the dictionary now . To update your iPhone or iPod touch, plug it in, fire up iTunes, and hit the Check for Updates button.
