Hi

Well lets see, these steps depends on how your phone originally died ??? if it's not hardware related you can try to follow these steps.

You'll need 4 tools :

1 : BE4 repairer 1.0 Beta By EMSI
2 : Hard Emmu 1.81
3 : Alcatel eraser v1.4
4 : Flasher 1.4 by gsmboy ( it's slow but the flasher don't make writing mistakes as other flashers sometimes do! )

Offcourse You'll take a backup of you original BIN file before starting all this messing around with your phone ehh !

You'll have to choose the phone type in the 2mb flash file from BE4 repairer ( remember to use the bin files supplied with BE4 repairer, don't use the BIN file you have from your phone !! and use the correct version), the phone type you'll find under the battery and you'll have to use this number in BE4 repairer, this is very important !!. But please note that sometimes Alcatel have made mistakes with this number so it's not the right information which is on the sticker all times !!.

Then you'll have to upload the newly fixed bin file with Flasher by gsmboy, and use external powered cable !! ( alt. you can use a non powered cable, but sometimes flashing stops in the middle of the process, just restart the flashing and it should work out ).

I have schemes for powered flasher cable if you need, mail me back if you need it, very cheap to build yourself.

If you want to change IMEI :

Downgrade to version 136 alternative 135

Fire up Hard Emmu, then Alcatel eraser v1.4, now you can change IMEI to whatever you want.

If you still got problems, mail me back.

All files you can get here at Prolidis

Regards and good luck
