If the WAP accounts are not reset after using standard decustomization MDC file, you have to flash the ARM using the file T610_ARM_data_decust.ARM.flp.

When changing the ARM flash chip, you have to:
1. flash ARM firmware,
2. flash T610_ARM_data_decust.ARM.flp into ARM,
3. flash T610_BT_calibration_XXXX.ARM.flp into ARM to make BT working.

Do NOT use the file T610_BT_calibration_XXXX.ARM.flp with normal phones.
