| What sphere Balls is used for mobile phones chips for rebaling?

I am new in rebaling. I want to start reballing chips and dont know what sphere balls to buy. Now i will try to reball only on phones chip, like flash, cpu and other. So what size balls you advice to buy: 0.65 mm, 0.5 mm, 0.45 mm, 0.4 mm, 0.25 mm, 0.35 mm, 0.3 mm or other? What size balls nokia, samsung and sony ericson use usually? thanks for help. |
