Just log in to support site (you login & pass is in email which you have registered)
then go to :
Account Management
then :
NeroCard History, you should have Recharge in Action tab.

If you do all OK, you should see:

- Action successfully!

Recharge Code will be send immediately!

after it all wait for email with control block, which you should paste in software. (Same as with registration process)
