On some devices you must set the right security permissions via Registry Editor:
HKLM/Security/Policies/Policies/"00001001' set to integer 1
Use registry editor or total commander for PPC or Resco explorer.
In Total commander you can find the registry under ///Plugins in the root of PPC.
After the setting you can make Goldcard.
