Dont quote me on this but I believe it is on how the software is coded in the actual app. Cause if you notice Some apps get backed up over the air and some do not.
The patched games and apps above I would be suprised if any of them are backed up.
On the same note. The servers that your info is backed up on is encrypted data that is only able to been seen by you. not even palm to my knowledge allows themselves the ability to view the personal information of its users
