does computer detect the box or nothing at all ? check in control panel/hardware if pc detects box ? if nothing but detect other boxes then the pb comes from the box connector. If not uninstall boxes with ftdi drivers and/or egates drivers restart then re-install all manualy

Still, not work... I tried to connect to other PC but same problem.
Reinstall all driver.. Change USB cable. still not work,.
Is there any hardware solution for it?
