In case if you need to flash the phone flash files for SmartMoto and SCout flasher can be found at
Boot-Loader.com in the corresponding file folders.
*.mfw flash files are meant to be used by SmartMoto via Smart-Clip and S-Card dongle.
*.pcf flash files can be used by SCout flasher.
