There the most important thing is to format the microSD to FAT, not to FAT32,
but with sector size 4096, i was use small 64Mb and HTC WildFire like reader ... with GoldCard Tool to catch serial, QMAT to make a goldcard image and HxD to write it on microSD ... so it's working
