Hi,

Normal Way to unlock Leo , HD2 etc .. is very simple

look : YouTube - HTCDongle.com - HTC HD2 Unlock Scenario 1

but some time, you need manualy Stop Active sync , so do like this please

look : YouTube - HTCDongle.com - HTC HD2 Unlock Scenario 2

And if you are in Windows 7 , after reboot you need special drivers ( look in support ) and do like this

look : YouTube - HTCDongle.com - HTC HD2 Unlock Win7 x64

i think now you will unlock all your phone easy !!
