leading to no spc access
all can be resolved 
Some particular version of firmware not allows to access proper addresses need to be downgraded to only fixed versions  etc

I have verizon 8330 blackberry...it came with the 4.5 OS..how can I change the ESN on this phone..is there a way to do this?
