HI for changing language on 9210i you have to flash it with some hardware as griffin or fls4 ...
If you want english, you have to select PPM B, format phone and then install ALL MEMORY DATA CARD.SIS by pc suite !
Note: I advice you to select the latest firmaware version v6.00 !
