Hi everyone. I am new here in GSM Forum. I was wondering if anyone have problems with repairing ESN/MEID for the following Motorola models - ZN4, QA30, VU30, V750. They posted on their website that all these models can be repaired for ESN/MEID. When I tried it, it failed for all for these models. Is there a certain firmware in order for these phones to be repaired? Any help would be really appreciated. I tried email their [email protected] but never got any reply. Thank you.
