Updating Security Area...
Security Area Update Skipped, Not allowed
Updating Main Firmware...
Main Firmware Update Skipped, Not allowed
Updating COM Emulator Firmware...
COM Emulator Update Skipped, Not allowed
Please write there SN of your Cyclone Box, and the reason why you need to update the box.
The Number in the label under the Box ( CYAxxxx ) is NOT the Box SN
The Box SN is Displayed when you do the Box Maintenance and it starts with " C00..... "
Our supporter Will update tickets on server ASAP. Pls, Dont submit new thread, Just replay on this.
If you get
ONLY this "error":

Note : don't try to update your box if it is not really needed as you just waste your time and ours:
the box update needs to be done only when requested for updates or problem with the box
Note We wont realise request with SERVICE TAG ON PRINT SCREEN!!!!!!!!
