~PSP Custom Firmware Pro Update~

PSP CFW Pro-B10 fix

620PRO-B10.fix

635PRO-B10.fix

639PRO-B10.fix

660PRO-B10.fix

Because some guys asked me about a TUT how to install 6.20 PRO-B4 Permanent, I made one.

Works on PSP 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000 or PSPgo!

But your PSP Unit must be 5g or lower

For this, you will need:
- PSP 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000 or PSPgo
-6.20 PRO-B4
-Official PSP Firmware 6.20
-6.35/6.31 to 6.20 Downgrader if you aren't on Firmware 6.20
-PSP Module Checker 3.0 to check your PSP unit

Tutorial

1.Extract the downloaded archive.

2.Copy the 620PRO_Permanent, PROUPDATE and the FastRecovery folder to PSP/GAME.

3.Launch the Update 6.20 PRO-B4.

4.Press X to install the 6.20 PRO-B4 CFW.

5.Your PSP is rebooting...

6.Launch the Update 6.20PRO Permanent..

7.Press X (now there's a warning, ignore it, but you can backup the file if you want for safety reasons)

and then O to install the 6.20 PRO-B4 CFW Permanent.

The secure way:

Spoiler:
To avoid bricks you can press X again instead of O.

The original flash0: / vsh / module / vshmain.prx was now backed up to ms0:/ or ef0: / vshorig.prx.

Keep this file for safety reasons, if you'll have a brick you can use that file to recover your psp!

Then you are in 6.20 PRO-B4 Permanent Test-Mode.

Launch the 6.20PRO-B4 Permanent Installer again, press X and then O.

The patch was now completely installed and the [b]flash0: / vsh / module / vshorig.prx was renamed to vshmain.prx!

8. Congrats...now you're on 6.20 PRO-B4 Permanent, enjoy it .

Uninstallation:

1.Run the 6.20 PRO-B4 Permanent Installer again.

2.Press X to uninstall the Permanent Patch.

But the vshorig.prx must exist at ms0:/ or ef0:/ vshorig.prx.

Problem-solving:

There's a Recovery combo to uninstall it:
While starting your PSP hold ? + x + START + SELECT to uninstall the patch!

Note: If you want to skip the Sony-Logo at startup, hold R while starting the PSP, now you're in the Recovery Menu.

Go to Configuration and enable Skip Sony Logo

Note2: While starting your PSP and holding SELECT you are on OFW 6.20 again :

It took me 1 hour to write and test it, it isn't really difficult to say just thanks .
