Anyway in SL45 and i presume in all mobiles, java class verification is a process that actually verifies that the jar file contains a java midlet.
If the jar file is a jre (pc) application, then the java class verification will not launch the midlet.
Generally in Sl45 we disable java class verification, because it speeds up the loading proccess around 70%.
However some midlets will not start without it.
(This is because some java bytecodes must be changed by the javaclass verification routine before running)
(an example of such a midlet is jubble bobble - must be something like this for x6x) |
