In most cases such issues can be resolved with the Master Reset/Wipe Data operations. But in some cases users are trying to update/flash some non-official firmware versions and it becomes almost impossible to restore phone to it's initial state without knowledge of what exactly had happened to the set. The phone was working normally, and the client was using the internet of him, and suddenly he was hung up and tried restarting .... he did not apply any firmware that .. I'm waiting for your reply in order to apply the correct firmware and not permanently damage the phone not because there is currently no box to make repair or boot via test point in these model android!
