I have blackberry 9630 that i need to unlock

after reading codes and when i follow the steps shown on the program to enter the code, I can't go to the menu to enter the code!!!!!

settings ---- advanced options ------ sim card

when i type mepd or meppd nothing happens

MEP: MEP-15326-002
Factory Lock State: CLOSED
MXKEY Serial: C085xxxx

what should i do ??? and where is the problem ???
