Try this, it worked like a charm. First i've downloaded PDA.tar and flashed it to my Samsung Galaxy Ace gt-s5839i. I've had rooted the phone prior to install Clockword Recovery. My phone went into brick status and after a few other flashes the bootloop appeer. Learning of other treats, ther is for now not a ROM availeble for the s5839i. With PDA.tar i've changed the phone into Samsung Galaxy Ace gt-s5830i. After restart flashed the file accoording to the quote. AND THE PHONE WORKS WELL!!!

This is what i've done
1. Google and download S5830i_pit will give cooperve_0623.pit
2. Google and download Odin3 v1.85
3. Google and download PDA.tar (cleans up every action and bring the phone back to gt-s5830i) Is fine for me, there are no files for the s5839i at the moment. And files for s5830 (without the i)
won't work. 4. Unzip everything to a new directory on your computers harddrive.
5. Run Odin, bring the phone into downloadmode by pressing vol down+power, connect with the original usb cable.
6. put cooperve_o623.pit in Odin --> PIT, checked the markers Re-partition, auto reboot, f. reset.time and checked if the com turns yellow.
7. Press start and wait. After Odin is done and the box above the com.box is GREEN and displays PASS. wait untill your phone reboot.
8. Disconnect the cable and bring your phone again in download mode.
9. Follow instructions from the quote section made by gsm_jatt2,
and goodluck.
For me it works fine.
