Hi everyone,
After spent too many hours in google, I found OUR GSMFORUM the only community being able to help me in this tricky issue on dell laptops.

I try to manually reset the BIOS. But i couldn't able to identify the bios chip which they are shown. All my efforts are went on vein.

I have to proof myself in my concern, becos i'm the junior most and recently joined in Service IT. As i'm from hardware engg BG, my MD suddenly called and gave his laptop to me and asked repair on it.

Now, I'm having hope when i cite our forum. So, Kindly help me in this issue.

Model : Dell Inspiron 6400
Service tag: 12XQM1S
Express Service Code: 2354383648
Error Message: Invalid configuration information.Please run SETUP program.Then a screen requesting system or administrator password.

(Note: The Laptop is working only in direct power. Battery is exhausted)
