Hi Hawa,

Please provide the bios and master password for the below configuration.

Model : Dell Inspiron 6400

Service tag: 12XQM1S -595B

Express Service Code: 2354383648

Error Message: Invalid configuration information.Please run SETUP program.Then a screen requesting system or administrator password.

(Note: The Laptop is working only in direct power. Battery is exhausted)
