I have an Dell E6420 that a termed employee sent back with BIOS and HDD password applied. Dell service got me in the BIOS but they state they can't help with the HDD password and only provided a password that would wipe the drive. They wouldn't pass me to level 2 or 3 support. I need to recover data and need help getting the HDD password.
