| my phone is in purgatory it is both rooted and unrooted my phone basically only works on wifi my superuser doesnt work and tried updating but it fails because it cant gain root access. blackmarket no longer works and the programs i obtained from blackmarket no longer work. i rooted my phone the day i got it and the last update that sprint had for my phone has totally screwed me. i have tried to unroot my phone and not luck i have tried doing a factory reset and hard reset and still no luck. i cant take my phone to sprint because i cant unroot my phone |
