Hi, Every one

Warm Greeting to you all. I have a Sony Ericsson T610 is power on problem. It does not pass Acurate Voltage from Battery Connector when I connect charger. I think, because of being voltage supply problem it does not "Power On". On the otherhand I have flashed it several time though I know flashing will not be work (the flashing msg is "Booting Error").
How can solve this problem, can any one make suggestion please? If so I will be great full.
