@ elvisluizs,

First of all you have S-Card, not SCout dongle.
S-Card can be updated using online updater, just as the Smart-Clip. Please notice, Smart-Clip box is required in order to update S-Card.
Second screenshot shows that Smart-Clip box could not be detected.
It could happen to due to many reasons, here are some of them:

Smart-Clip is not connected to PC
Low power supply for Smart-Clip (it is recommended to use 10V 1A or 12V 750mA with the Smart-Clip)
PC is running not under Administrato account
Wrong LPT settings in BIOS (LPT settings suppose to be set to EPP)
