a100 restart if sim inserted auto restart

i used pana xtreme.. flashed it many times already... also flashed the tfs... but still the same problem.. some say it needs to be calibrated but what soft must i use??? i dont think its a hardware problem coz if i dial 112 with out sim in it, it doesnt shuts off... only if theres a sim and after booting it hangs and auto restart.. i already tried using the soft of original but still no good... pls help me??? what soft must i use????
